About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will support fundraising and business development initiatives through engaging marketing campaigns, digital communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns supporting fundraising, sponsorship and donor engagement.
Create content for proposals, grant submissions, reports and partner communications.
Support website, social media, newsletter and email marketing activities.
Track campaign performance and conversion metrics.
Conduct audience and competitor research.
Collaborate across teams to maximise campaign effectiveness.
About You
You have experience in digital marketing, communications or campaign coordination,



proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Canva or Adobe, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Employment Details
Part-Time (0.5 FTE) | Fixed-Term 12-Month Contract | Australia (Flexible Location)
Salary: $70,000–$75,000 pro rata plus superannuation.
