With a strong focus on organisational effectiveness, operating model maturity and continuous improvement, this organisation is committed to creating sustainable change that delivers long-term business benefits and improved customer outcomes.Your new roleAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Specialist – Operating Model Embedding to support the successful implementation and adoption of a new enterprise operating model.
Working closely with transformation leaders, change specialists, business stakeholders and operational teams, you will play a key role in ensuring new ways of working are effectively embedded, adopted and sustained across the organisation.
You will lead transition and embedding activities, support business readiness initiatives, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and help drive capability uplift across impacted teams.Key responsibilities includeLeading operating model embedding and transition activities across multiple business areas.Supporting change readiness, capability uplift and operational alignment initiatives.Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption of recent roles, processes and ways of working.Developing tools, resources and documentation to support implementation and ongoing adoption.Monitoring adoption outcomes,



gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Managing risks, stakeholder concerns and change fatigue to maintain engagement and momentum throughout the transition.What you'll need to succeedDemonstrated experience embedding operating models, organisational design initiatives or large-scale business transformation programmes.Strong organisational change, business readiness and stakeholder engagement capability.Experience working within complex, matrixed organisations with multiple stakeholder groups.Excellent facilitation, communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Proven ability to support leaders and teams through operating model, process and behavioural change.Solid planning, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in evolving and ambiguous environments.Relevant qualifications in Business, Organisational Development, Change Management, Project Management or related disciplines will be highly regarded.What you'll get in returnOpportunity to play a key role in a high-profile enterprise transformation programme.Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic operating model initiatives.Collaborative and supportive transformation environment.12-month contract opportunity with the potential to make a meaningful and lasting impact.Flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work on organisational change that will shape the future direction of the business.
