That is the job.
Answer the enquiry properly, understand what the client is actually trying to build, scope it, quote it, and win it.
How the money works: base of $90,000 to $95,000, plus commission on every project you sell, paid when the build is completed.
No ceiling, no quarterly reset, no shared pool.
Sell three complex builds in a month and you get paid on three complex builds.

What you'll actually do:
Respond to inbound enquiries fast, and own them from the first phone call to client handover
Ask the right questions to work out what the client needs, not just what they asked for
Build custom quotes from scratch against each individual brief
Present, handle the objections, and ask for the business
Work directly with our CAD designer and operations team so what you sell is what gets built
Keep the client informed while their build is on the floor
Keep your pipeline honest and current in the CRM
Represent the brand nationally by phone, video and face to face
What we're looking for:
Four years or more in sales, ideally three of those B2B
Someone who consults properly and still closes.
You are patient enough to scope a complex build and direct enough to ask for the order




Experience quoting custom, complex or configured work rather than reading off a price list
Background in construction, engineering, manufacturing, fitout, commercial equipment or similar is a real advantage
Organised and detail sharp, running your own week without being chased
Technically curious, and happy to use current tools including AI
Full Australian working rights, and living on the Sunshine Coast or ready to move here before you start
Being straight with you about the trade-offs, because they matter more than the pay:
This is an office role based in Warana, on the phone and in the CRM, four and a half days a week.
Clients come to us or we meet them on site, but you are not on the road.
If you need to be outside, walking a yard or out visiting all day, this will not suit you and we would rather you knew that now.
If you want to earn $$$ then this is the role for you, with uncapped commission and a factory with capacity to expand.
You stay with a client until the build is delivered.
That means customer rapport is crucial, working with other internal departments and staying across the detail for months is critical.
It is more work than transactional sales, and it is why the commission is structured the way it is.
