What you'll be doingManage and coordinate a team of landscape construction workers, to complete project tasks on schedule and to specification & programMonitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that ariseEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulationsLiaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer serviceProvide mentorship and training to develop the skills of your team membersParticipate in the continuous improvement of our landscape construction processes and workflows
What we're looking forMinimum 2 years' experience as a Landscape Construction Supervisor or equivalent roleStrong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials and equipmentHands-on experience with hardscaping, softscaping, irrigation systems, retaining walls, paving/stonework, and plant installation is essentialExcellent leadership,
problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction plans and technical specificationsDemonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams to deliver high-quality workExperience supervising teams of 4-6 people minimum is requiredCurrent construction industry induction card (e.g. White Card) and driver's licenceQualifications in Construction, Horticulture or a related field is desirableMR/HR license desirable but not requiredWhat we offerAt Landscape Elements', we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work workplace.
