As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Marketing, Content & Sales Coordinator to join our team, with the role based at either our Forrestdale or Gnowangerup, WA **** location.
Job Description:
The Marketing, Content & Sales Coordinator will support Duraquip's marketing and sales functions, with written content creation, marketing coordination, CRM administration and selected product sales support forming the core responsibilities of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging written content for websites, social media, marketing and sales materials.
Research Duraquip's products, projects, customers and target markets.
Coordinate marketing activities, campaigns and digital content.
Maintain and update Duraquip's HubSpot CRM and sales data.
Manage inbound enquiries and assist with lead follow-up.
Prepare quotes and provide sales support.
Assist with prospect research and selected outbound sales activities.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing and internal teams to gather information and develop content.
Support product launches, promotions and customer communications.
Maintain consistent Duraquip branding and messaging across marketing channels.
Essential Skills:
Strong copywriting,



editing and proofreading skills.
Experience producing business, marketing or PR content.
Ability to identify stories, interview stakeholders and develop strong first drafts.
Experience with media releases or public relations.
Strong organisation, responsiveness and follow-through.
Experience with CRM administration and data management.
Confidence supporting sales activity, customer enquiries and quoting.
Ability to translate technical information into customer benefits.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, transport, mining or agriculture.
HubSpot experience.
Practical graphic design capability using Canva, Adobe or similar tools.
Understanding of SEO, website management and email marketing.
Experience coordinating events, photography, video or external agencies.
Experience in sales prospecting, quoting or regional customer engagement.
