As our Finance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our finance function.
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will work across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and month-end processing to support the financial operations of a large community services organisation.
What you'll be doing
Processing accounts payable invoices and supplier payments
Raising customer invoices and supporting accounts receivable activities
Performing bank and general ledger reconciliations
Assisting with month-end processes, journals and reporting
Responding to finance enquiries from managers and employees.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a Finance Officer,



Accounts Officer or similar finance administration role
Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Experience performing reconciliations and supporting month-end activities
Experience using finance systems, ideally TechnologyOne
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
A proactive, cooperative approach and solid problem-solving skills
