The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is a critical participant in the administration of justice within Western Australia, providing an independent and effective criminal prosecution service and confiscation practice.
The People and Culture Branch is responsible for leading the delivery of strategic business partnering, organisational change and organisational capability with our leaders to enable a values-driven, capable workforce for the benefit of all Western Australians.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive People and Culture Business Partner to join the ODPP People and Culture team.
This is a unique prospect to partner directly with leaders across the department, providing trusted advice and practical support on a broad range of workforce matters.
You will work closely with the Manager People and Culture and the wider team to deliver strategic people initiatives, organisational change and workforce capability programs across the ODPP.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong capability in partnering with and supporting managers in the effective management of people and workplace matters.
You will bring strong experience in business partnering, workforce planning, organisational change, employee relations and performance management, together with a sound understanding of WA public sector employment legislation and frameworks.
Your flexibility and capability to work successfully in an ever-changing, fast-moving environment will be highly regarded.
