About the Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate, people‐focused Workplace Experience Receptionist who loves creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring every interaction counts.
This is much more than a traditional reception role – you'll be at the heart of our workplace experience, helping create an environment where employees, visitors, and stakeholders feel welcomed, supported, and connected.

In This Role, You Will
Create exceptional first impressions by welcoming visitors and managing reception and workplace interactions
Deliver an engaging workplace experience by maintaining meeting rooms, shared spaces, and hospitality services
Support office operations through mail management, administration, logistics, and office supplies coordination
Assist with workplace systems, access passes, onboarding support, and facilities coordination
Support workplace events, safety initiatives, and contribute to a positive and collaborative environment
You'll Bring
Experience in reception,



workplace experience, facilities, or office coordination roles
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, polished, and solutions‐focused approach
Robust attention to detail and a passion for creating positive workplace experiences
