About the Role
We are looking for a
reliable and detail-oriented Casual Data Entry / Administration Clerk
to join our team in Pimpama.
This is a
casual position offering approximately ***** hours per week
, with the opportunity to
convert to a permanent full-time position for the right person
.
The role will primarily involve entering truck docket and job information into our systems, checking documentation and providing general administrative support to our operations and accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter truck docket and job information into company systems
Check dockets and supporting information for completeness and accuracy
Identify and follow up missing or incorrect information
Maintain accurate and organised electronic records
Assist with general administration and data entry tasks




Communicate with drivers and internal teams to clarify information
Assist with reports and other administrative tasks as required
About You
Previous data entry or administration experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Good communication and organisational skills
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in transport, logistics, construction or a similar industry is an advantage but not essential
