As a Project Coordinator within our Project Logistics team, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of complex logistics projects across the energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
Based at our Hazelmere WA office and reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll coordinate the planning, documentation and execution of heavy-lift and out-of-gauge (OOG) cargo movements across multimodal supply chains.
This is a detail-focused role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced project environment and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders to deliver against critical milestones.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
Coordinate logistics activities for assigned project cargo, including OOG and heavy-lift movements
Support planning and execution across air, sea, road and rail transport modes
Prepare and manage export and import documentation in line with customs and trade requirements
Maintain accurate project files, milestones and records within CEVA's freight management systems
Monitor shipment progress, proactively managing delays and resolving issues
Provide regular status updates to internal teams and customers
Support costing and logistics planning activities during bid and proposal stages
Build and maintain strong working relationships with carriers, vendors and service partners
Collaborate with engineering, procurement and HSE teams to align logistics with site readiness
Ensure compliance with CEVA standards, ISO requirements and regulatory obligations.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You'll bring experience from project logistics or freight forwarding, with a strong ability to coordinate complex activities and manage competing priorities.

Experience coordinating logistics operations within freight forwarding or project logistics
Exposure to OOG, breakbulk or heavy-lift cargo movements
Sound knowledge of incoterms, customs processes and trade compliance
Confidence working across multimodal transport environments
Experience using CargoWise or similar freight management systems
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and high attention to detail.
In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
