Dental Receptionist (Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual)
Canning vale Dental is seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to become part of our welcoming team.
This position is perfect for someone with previous dental reception experience, but we are equally open to training an enthusiastic newcomer who enjoys working with people and brings strong organisational skills.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and positive experience.
Your responsibilities may include:
Greeting and checking in patients
Managing phone calls and appointment bookings
Processing payments and health fund claims
Maintaining patient records and general administration
Coordinating the daily schedule and weekly staff rosters as needed
Assisting the dental team when required.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Communicates clearly and delivers excellent customer service
Is friendly, professional and well presented
Has strong organisation and attention to detail
Is a quick learner, especially with emerging software in the field.
Experience:
Dental reception experience is highly valued but not essential

We ideally seek a full-time team member, but part-time or casual arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
About the Role
Working closely with our dentists and hygienists, you'll help deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive and professional setting.
Your duties will include:
Chairside assisting during dental procedures
Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
Maintaining infection control and sterilisation standards
Setting up treatment rooms
Assisting with stock management
Providing support to both clinical and reception teams
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Dental assisting experience (preferred but not essential)
A positive, professional attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Confidence multitasking in a busy practice
Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desirable but not essential)
