What You'll Be Doing
Delivering fumigation and biosecurity services across a variety of agricultural commodities
Supporting vessel, bunker, stack and storage fumigation operations
Leading and mentoring team members




Planning and coordinating daily work activities
Managing equipment and operational logistics
Ensuring compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements
Building strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders
Supporting Genera's continued growth throughout Australia
What We're Looking For
Agricultural, operational or technical experience
Strong leadership potential and communication skills
A practical, hands-on approach to work
Commitment to safety and professionalism
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel when required
Current driver's licence
