About The Service
KU Braddon is located in a beautiful tree-lined street in Canberra's Inner North, within walking distance of the city, and offers beautiful outdoor learning environments.
The outdoor spaces were architecturally designed by a well-known Canberra landscaping group and feature a unique water pumping station, decks and quality finishes.




KU Braddon is a 55-place service that provides a calm, loving environment where children can socialise, play and learn alongside one another.
The service's philosophy is that care and education must be combined when planning for the needs, interests and skills of each child.
About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic educator with a completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification to join the KU Braddon team.
This is a
permanent full-time
position working
Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
, with a monthly rostered day off accrued.
About the criteria:
Along with relevant working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and a sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law *****) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations *****), you will need:
To be available to work full time as above
Australian working rights
A current and valid Working with Vulnerable People Check
An ACECQA recognised Certificate III qualification
A National Child Safety Training Certificate
Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
