Midstream Automotive Estimator – Workshop-Based
Are you an experienced estimator who prefers being on the workshop floor?
We're looking for a proactive Automotive Estimator to work alongside our panel, paint and production teams.
This hands-on role focuses on identifying additional damage, preparing accurate supplements and securing insurer approvals to keep repairs moving.
What you'll do
Assess vehicles on the workshop floor and identify hidden or additional damage
Prepare accurate supplements and additional damage quotes
Liaise and negotiate with insurers to secure timely scope approvals
Work with panel and paint teams to capture required parts and repair work
Take over scoping once vehicles are stripped down
Coordinate with our lead estimator and production leads
Keep reception informed so customers receive accurate updates
Manage multiple jobs at different stages without unnecessary delays
What we're looking for
Automotive estimating experience using iBodyshop, Audanet or similar




Confidence liaising with insurers and negotiating repair scopes
A strong eye for detail and the ability to spot what others may miss
A practical, organised and proactive approach
Someone who enjoys being part of the repair process—not simply processing paperwork
A genuine commitment to accurate, high-quality repairs and excellent teamwork
