About The Role:
We're looking for our next caring and reliable Skilled Care Worker superstar to support people living with disability, including young people with complex behaviours.
In this role, you will be supporting clients with everyday tasks with a focus to live more independently and stay connected to the community.
This includes personal care such as showering, dressing and grooming, as well as medication assistance, meal preparation, and light household tasks like cleaning and laundry.
You'll also provide companionship and assistance in the community.
These tasks include support clients to attend appointments, day programs and activities, and supporting people to achieve their individual goals.
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, and a strong communicator, with a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals.
These roles are ideal for those who can commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week, with the opportunity for increased hours as we continue to grow.
Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster is essential.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent, or willing to obtain
12 months' experience in disability support work is ideal
Current Blue Card and Yellow Card
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Current Australian driver's license, registration and comprehensive insurance
National Police Check or willing to obtain
Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
LCS check or willing to obtain
