Location: Canberra ACT or Melbourne VIC.
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the Procurement Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the Procurement Department and wider teams to ensure all procurement operations run effectively and efficiently.
This is a full time, 12-month fixed-term opportunity covering a parental leave period, supporting our team that delivers audio visual and video conferencing solutions.

What's The Role?
Process purchase orders.
Communicate with suppliers to follow-up on purchase orders.




Maintain procurement files, databases, and records (e.g., updating order tracking sheet).
Coordinate procurement activities with other departments.
Assist in managing open purchase orders, provide ETA report to other departments.
Support the procurement team with other administrative tasks as required.

What's Your Edge?
At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Familiarity with procurement processes and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and MS Teams.
Familiarity with procurement software MS Dynamics 365 (desirable).
