CURRENT GRADUATE DENTIST OPPORTUNITY - SUTHERLAND SHIRE, SYDNEY

We're on the lookout for two new graduate dentists to join our coveted New Graduate Program at Family First Dental/Kareela Family Dental. We hired three new graduates this year and they are thriving. They've done an array of work including IV extractions, used nitrous and oral sedation, routinely using CBCT, rotary, 3D scanners and DSLR photography.

How come they've done so well?

They are self-aware, reflective, want feedback and are driven to improve. We have a one-to-two week onboarding program that will teach you the fundamentals of communication, health funds, private practice, our workflows and everything else university does not teach you. We have weekly mentoring sessions where we sit down and go through modules we've created specifically for you. It covers basically everything we as a group have learnt — hundreds of thousands of dollars of CPD courses, summarised. We have monthly clinician catch-ups, an open-door policy and a supportive environment. We give you a CPD allowance as well.



We have WhatsApp conversations for cases, discussion and support. Our systems, protocols, and team culture are all built around delivering ideal dentistry consistently and ethically. Dentistry is not easy, especially those first couple of years. Being in the wrong environment can set you back years.
