About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to manage Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA), Enabling Works, and Balance of Plant (BOP) project workstreams.
Working within a major infrastructure project environment, you will be responsible for coordinating engineering, procurement, scheduling, constructability, and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage CSA, Enabling Works, and Balance of Plant project workstreams from initiation through to close-out
Develop and manage project scopes, deliverables, schedules, and governance requirements
Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, buildings, camps, warehousing, logistics, and supporting infrastructure activities
Manage constructability reviews, modularisation strategies, construction methodologies, schedules, and pricing outcomes
Align design development activities with project design requirements and package interfaces
Coordinate interfaces with approvals, operations, engineering, construction, and procurement teams
Support project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement activities
Mandatory Requirements
Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Engineer or similar role
Strong experience managing Civil, Structural, Architectural, Enabling Works,



or Balance of Plant packages
Experience coordinating contractors, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
Strong understanding of project delivery, procurement, scheduling, and construction methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in complex project environments
Preferred
Experience delivering major infrastructure, mining, energy, or industrial projects
Exposure to FEED and detailed design project phases
Strong commercial and contractor management experience
Experience managing ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) workstreams
