Join Our Team as a Disability Support Worker!
We are seeking a passionate, reliable and experienced Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality support to NDIS participants in the
Bannockburn / Inverleigh
areas.
This role would suit a confident support worker who has experience working with NDIS participants and is comfortable providing hands-on support to clients with complex care needs.
Availability:
Thursday–Saturday between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM | Minimum 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care, including toileting and showering assistance
Supporting clients with daily living activities
Cooking, meal preparation and household tasks
Community access and social engagement
Manual handling and safe transfers
Medication assistance, where appropriately trained and authorised
Supporting positive behaviour and implementing individual support strategies
Promoting independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Disability Support Worker
Current Manual Handling training and practical experience
Relevant NDIS worker screening and other required checks, as applicable to the role.
Right to work in Australia.
A valid driver's licence, appropriate vehicle insurance and access to a reliable vehicle, where required for the role.
