About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to act as the key in office representative between our factory/office, builders, and clients.
You will oversee site activities, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure clear, timely communication back to the factory and office teams.
This is a full-time role structured as a
4-day working week
, with a
company car
provided.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact on site for builders and clients
Liaise regularly with builders, clients, and internal teams to coordinate deliveries, schedules, and site requirements
Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance, escalating issues promptly
Provide clear, accurate reporting back to the factory and office on site status, client feedback, and any operational matters
Support smooth coordination between manufacturing/production and on-site installation or delivery
Represent the company professionally and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders
Ensure site safety and company standards are upheld




About You
Proven experience in a site supervisor, site coordinator, or similar construction/building-related role is highly desirable
Strong communication and relationship-management skills – comfortable dealing with builders and clients
Reliable, organised, and proactive with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently on site while keeping the factory and office well-informed
Current driver's licence (essential)
Construction-related qualifications or tickets (advantageous)
