We are seeking a dedicated and skilled
Serviceperson
to join the team at MAINCREW PTY LTD.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality automotive service and maintenance to our valued customers.
You will play a crucial part in ensuring that vehicles are properly serviced, repaired, and maintained to the highest standards, whilst maintaining our reputation for excellence in the automotive trades industry.
Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our business.
What you'll be doing
Performing routine vehicle servicing including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid top-ups, and general maintenance tasks
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge
Repairing and replacing automotive components including engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and brake systems
Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and identifying potential issues before they become major problems
Maintaining detailed service records and documentation for all work completed
Communicating effectively with customers regarding service requirements, costs, and timelines
Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and adhering to health and safety protocols
Using and maintaining workshop tools and equipment safely and effectively
Assisting in training and mentoring junior staff members when required
What we're looking for
Current automotive trade qualification or equivalent experience in vehicle servicing and repair
Valid driver's licence C Class Manual HR preferred
Proven experience in automotive servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs




Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including engines, electrical systems, brakes, and suspension
Proficiency with diagnostic equipment fluid needs when required.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy items
Commitment to health and safety standards in the workplace
Problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
Experience with modern vehicle diagnostic systems and hybrid or electric vehicle servicing
