Part Time & Casual Positions Available
Perth Airport – Terminals 2 & 4
Altitude Supplements is looking for motivated, reliable and sales-driven team members to join our growing airport retail team.
We are not looking for someone who simply wants to "stand behind a counter."
We want team members with energy, initiative and passion who actively engage with customers and drive sales.
We currently have:
2 x Part Time positions approx 20 hours per week - weekdays only
2 x Casual positions approx ***** hours a week - must be available weekends
This is not a passive retail role.
We are looking for people who enjoy talking to customers, hitting targets, up selling products and genuinely helping people find the right supplements for their goals.
We currently operate from Terminal 2 at Perth Airport and are expanding with a second store in T4 opening in August.
Flexibility to work across both locations is essential.
Store Trading Hours
Terminal 2
Monday to Thursday: 4:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 4:00am – 2:30pm
Terminal 3/4
Monday to Friday: 4:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am – 7:00pm
About the Role
This is a retail environment servicing FIFO workers, travellers, gym-goers and health-conscious customers.
Your role will include:




Customer service and sales
Achieving KPIs and sales targets
Upselling and cross-selling products
Providing supplement advice and recommendations
Processing sales and handling cash/EFTPOS transactions
Restocking and merchandising
Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness
Following company policies and procedures
Opening and closing duties
Working independently during solo shifts

Previous retail sales experience
Knowledge of sports supplements and nutrition
Experience in the health, fitness or supplement industry
Experience with upselling and KPI-based retail environments
Significant Requirements

must have full working rights in Australia
Due to the nature of the role and trading hours, a drivers license and reliable transport is essential.
