Disability Support Worker (female) - Highfields

Nextt are seeking female Disability Support Workers to support two female clients in a shared home setting in Highfields, assisting them with daily living and helping them achieve their personal goals.

/n

Ad hoc Active Night shifts available (11:00 pm - 9:00 am), with opportunities to pick up additional ad hoc day shifts as required

/n

Client 1

/n

Disabilities: Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Epilepsy, Anxiety (non-verbal)

/n

/n

- Manual handling (hoist and sling transfers)

/n

- Personal care (showering, grooming, dressing)

/n

- Bladder incontinence support and toileting

/n

- Postural management

/n

- Medication assistance

/n

- Domestic duties

/n

- Full assistance with daily living

/n/n

Client 2

/n

Disabilities: Muscle weakness, Myotonia, reduced motor control, severe fatigue, respiratory weakness, Intellectual impairment

/n

/n

- Community access and social engagement

/n

- Personal care (grooming, dressing)

/n

- Domestic support

/n

- Assistance with daily activities (meal preparation, routines, therapeutic engagement)

Pay Rates

/n

SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax)

/n

/n

- Base hourly rate:$36.81

/n

- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday):$40.49

/n

- Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday):$41.23

/n

- Saturday:$51.54

/n

- Sunday:$66.26

/n

- Public holiday:$80.99

/n/n

- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)

- Australian Driver's License
