Permanent Part - time (with potential to move to Full-Time)

An established privately owned Specialist Practicein Oran Park requires an experienced permanent part time Medical Receptionist to complement their growing team.

/n

The practiceis dedicated to providing high quality health care to their patients. Applicants must be available a minimum of 16 hrs per week and be able to provide additional cover when needed on other days for planned or urgent relief. IE: Sickness, Annual Leave etc

/n

The successful applicantwill be professional and have a commitment to patient care. This role will involve assisting patients both in person and by phone,supporting the specialist team as well as various routine administrative tasks.

/n

Although there is some self-direction, the successful applicant must be able to follow direction, adhere to the practice policy and procedures, and work well in a team setting.

/n





You must also have impeccable customer service skills with previous work experience demonstrating that you are dependable, friendly, and professional in manner, work ethicand appearance at all times.

/n

MUST have Medical Reception/Administration experience.

/n

Must have experience in Genie/Gentu Practice Management or associated Medical Software.

/n

Must have reasonable availability with flexibility to be able to cover varying shifts as required.

/n

Must be fluent and very clearly spoken in English, with a warm and professional phone manner

/n

Strong customer service skills with an ability to work well under pressure

/n

Exceptional typing skills, with grammatical and spelling accuracy.

/n

A reliable, quick learner, who is well presentedand professional at all times

/n

An excellent eye for detail and accuracy.

/n

Preference will be given to applicants that reside in Campbelltown, or surrounding suburbs.
