Technology CII is seeking a hands-on Employment Hero Implementation Consultant to lead the configuration and rollout of the HR and Recruitment modules for a growing Western Australian client.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, develop an implementation roadmap, configure workflows and approvals, support testing, deliver training, and provide go-live guidance to establish scalable HR processes and best-practice workflows across the organisation.
