About The Role
/n
Reporting to the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you'll support day-to-day kitchen operations — preparing quality dishes, learning current techniques, and helping keep service running like clockwork.

Day To Day You'll Be
/n
/n
- Preparing ingredients and mise en place to the standard set by our senior chefs
/n
- Cooking and plating dishes with consistency, colour, texture and flavour front of mind
/n
- Following recipes, portion sizes and quality standards under guidance
/n
- Learning new techniques, cuisines and menu items as you grow into the role
/n
- Keeping your section clean, organised and HACCP-compliant
/n
- Checking deliveries and rotating stock for freshness and quality
/n
- Supporting your fellow chefs during busy services
/n/n
What We're Looking For
/n
/n
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or currently completing your apprenticeship), or equivalent experience
/n
- Some experience in a professional kitchen; high-volume experience a bonus
/n
- Food Handling Certificate preferred, with a working knowledge of HACCP
/n
- A genuine passion for food, hospitality and learning from the best
/n
- A team player who takes direction well and brings a positive attitude
/n
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
