About the role
We are currently seeking Cost Planners/Cost Managers for Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. These roles offer great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project cost planning, budgeting and commercial assessments.
- Manage cost plans from acquisition through to project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks and maximise project opportunities.
- Drive procurement, market insights and innovative cost solutions.
- Lead cost planning teams, systems, reporting and HSE compliance.
About you
- Intermediate Cost Planning experience.
- Advanced Senior Cost Planning experience.
- Intermediate Cost Planning Management experience.
- Construction Economics degree.
- Buildsoft, CostX and Microsoft Office experience.
