In this role, you will be responsible for promoting best practice nursing care and ensuring optimal outcomes for patients, residents, clients, and carers through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation,



evaluation, and appropriate escalation of care when required. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, using effective communication and clinical expertise to support positive patient outcomes and enhance the overall care experience.

What you will bring to the role * Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

- Demonstrated skill in Aged Care Nursing as a Registered Nurse (including completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent experience working as a Registered Nurse).
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
- Demonstrate evidence of being able to provide person centred care.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible roster (includes day, evening and night shift across all days of the week, including public holidays) according to the unit/service requirements
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development
