We specialise in delivering comprehensive and tailored solutions for the mining industry. Our team manages and executes large-scale capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety and leave a lasting positive legacy in the communities we engage with.

What you'll do:

This is an opportunity to combine technical leadership, project delivery and client engagement within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that works across the full mining project lifecycle.

Lead electrical engineering delivery on sustaining capital and brownfield mining projects.

Provide technical direction, oversight and mentorship to engineers and designers.

Manage project scope, budgets, schedules and quality outcomes.

Develop and review electrical engineering designs, calculations and technical documentation.

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across mining, mechanical, structural,



civil and process disciplines.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

Support proposals, project planning and business development activities.

Contribute to larger study and execution projects as opportunities arise.

About you:

Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering.

Extensive experience delivering electrical engineering projects within the mining and resource industry.

Proven capability leading engineering teams and coordinating multidisciplinary project delivery.

Robust understanding of power distribution, substations, motor control systems and mining infrastructure.

experience working across brownfield and sustaining capital project environments.

Well-developed client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
