We are currently seeking an experienced Claims Administrator to join a growing and professional team in a full-time office-based role. This is a great opportunity for someone with insurance claims administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and providing strong administrative support.

The Role As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the claims team with the coordination, processing and management of insurance claims while ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage insurance claims documentation
- Liaise with clients, insurers, contractors and internal teams
- Maintain accurate claim records and documentation
- Track claim progress and ensure timely updates and follow-ups
- Provide general administrative support to the claims team

About You




- 2–3 years experience in insurance claims administration
- Robust administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple claims and tasks simultaneously
- Confident using office systems and databases

Experience using Mysis software is beneficial, however full training will be provided.

The Offer

- Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Super
- Full-time office role
- Working hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Immediate start available
