About The Role

/n

We have an exciting opportunity to join John Flynn Retirement Village, Burwood East (VIC) as a Personal Care Worker. This is a part-time role within our High Care unit with 3 PM shift pattern opportunties avaialble.

- Option 1. Wednesday - Friday - 1445 to 2200

/n

- Option 2. Thursday - Saturday - 1500 to 2100

/n

- Option 3. Thursday - Saturday - 1500 to 2100

/n/n

In this role you will:

- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families

/n

- Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad

/n

- Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app my Ryman

/n

- Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment

/n/n

About You

/n

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

/n

/n

- Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support

/n

- A minimum of 12 months of Age Care experience

/n

- Kindness in your DNA

/n

- Strong empathy

/n

- Outstanding communication skills

/n

- A reliable, friendly and professional style
