Factory Workers - Fibreglass Manufacturing

Lightwave Group is a family-owned company of 30 years specialising in the construction of Luxury Catamarans & composite parts. Located in Yatala, we have constructed a purpose-built manufacturing facility offering a safe & productive working environment.

About the Role

/n

We are seeking motivated, hard-working and reliable fibreglass laminators & composite technicians to join our talented team.

/n

Day to day you'll be working across our production floor on a mix of laminating, moulding, gelcoat application, finishing, and assembly.

/n

Depending on your strengths, you may also take on gelcoat detailing and repair work (sanding, fairing, colour matching) or get involved in tooling development — building plugs, moulds, and jigs for new and existing products.

Tasks

/n

/n

- Fibreglass laminating, construction and assembly

/n

- Gelcoat spraying, repair, sanding, and fairing

/n

- Mould making or plug building

/n/n

About you

/n

You may be a boat builder, shipwright, coach or caravan builder, composite fibreglass technician, factory worker or production worker.



Experience in boat building is preferred, however, applicants with similar experience (construction / manufacturing / production) are encouraged to apply.

The successful applicants MUST have their own transport, be reliable, willing to learn and have great attention to detail.
