Chiropractic Assistant – Patient Experience & Practice Flow

We're looking for a high‐energy, people‐focused Chiropractic Assistant who loves systems and connection — someone who can confidently manage patient flow at the front desk while also owning patient relationships, accounts, and follow‐ups.

This role is for a Check‐In (CICA), making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being central to the heartbeat of a thriving clinic.

About the Role

/n

You'll be the timekeeper, communicator, and relationship‐builder of the practice.

/n

On any given shift, you'll:

/n

/n

- Ensure smooth patient flow and on‐time appointments

/n

- Create an exceptional first and last impression for every patient

/n

- Support patient compliance and help them stay on track with care

/n

- Work closely with the chiropractic team to keep the clinic running seamlessly

/n/n

This is a hands‐on, patient‐facing role with real responsibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Patient Flow & Experience (Check‐In Focus)

/n

/n

- Be ready and prepared for incoming patients at all times

/n

- Manage appointment flow, OSA (Originally Scheduled Appointments), and compliance

/n

- Set clear expectations for visits (scans, consults,



reports, exams, x‐rays)

/n

- Act as the timekeeper of the office, supporting smooth transitions between appointments

/n

- Assist with incoming calls when needed

/n

- Build long‐term patient relationships rooted in trust and clarity

/n/n

Extra Responsibilities & Team Involvement

/n

- Monday Team Meeting & Team Training: 10.45am – 12pm

/n/n

Work Hours

/n

Regular weekly shifts include:

- Tuesday: 2:15pm – 6:45pm

/n

- Wednesday: 2:15pm-6:45pm

/n

- Thursday: 7:00am – 11:15am & 2:15pm – 6:45pm

/n/n
