endota day spa Broadbeach is located right in the heart of Broadbeach next to Peppers within the Oracle precinct, only a stone's throw from the seaside.

We specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion and Electro-Mesotherapy.

Your Role

/n

In the role of a Spa Receptionist, you will provide excellent customer service to customers in-spa, over the phone and via email. Using your solid IT skills, you willmanage treatment bookings, process gift vouchers & product sales, answer email enquiries andbe responsible fordata entry/inventory requirements.

The role will also include general cleaning responsibilities such as laundry, vacuuming, dusting, stocking/ arrangingproductand any other housekeeping tasks that will support the everyday function of the spa.

Your Skills & Experience

/n

/n

- You havepreviousreception/customer service experience (experience in spa or beauty industry preferred).

/n

- Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) and previous experience using an electronic booking system (ideally Zenoti).

/n

- You have excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently andmultitask.

/n

- You havestrong communicationskills and excellent personal presentation standards.

/n

- You have availability to work late nights and weekends.

/n
