Elixir Developer | Product Company | Various Levels

We are working with a quick‐growing scale‐up that is building a brand new team based out of Australia. They are a multinational company trading on the ASX, and due to high demand they are looking to build new products for their client base. They have an office in Sydney, but the role will mostly be remote, and they are looking for candidates who are keen to work on greenfield projects using Elixir and Type Script.

They aim to have a new team in place by the end of Q1 2026 and are keen to speak to people from all backgrounds, as long as they have good Elixir exposure.

Base Pay Range

A$120,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr

What do you need?

/n

/n

- 2 years+ Elixir

/n

- Startup/Scale‐up background

/n

- Experience with Node.js, React.js or React Native

/n

- AWS, CI/CD

/n/n

What will you do?

/n

/n

- Shape and guide the overall system architecture and technical design decisions





/n

- Collaborate closely with product stakeholders to clarify and refine feature requirements

/n

- Build, evolve, and support scalable and reliable backend services

/n

- Champion coding standards and promote engineering excellence across the team

/n

- Take the lead in diagnosing and resolving challenging technical issues

/n/n

They offer an excellent salary of up to $180,000 per year + Super.
