Role Overview One of the newest independent ARB workshops in WA opened in May 2025, running 5 hoists. The factory is clean and the culture rewards growth contributions. The current workshop manager is moving to Canada and we need a confident, mechanically minded leader to run our Midland workshop. Responsibilities Lead and manage workshop operations. Run teams and oversee daily work. Conduct toolbox meetings. Liaise between fitters and salespeople. Make decisions based on information received. Qualifications Mechanically minded. Experience as a workshop manager. Ability to run teams. Licensed to drive a manual vehicle. Right to work in Australia.
