Batt Griffith Legal is a boutique South Australian law firm with over two decades of history, established in its current form in July 2026 under the leadership of Director Rebekah Griffith.

We are a full‐service firm working across Commercial Law, Family Law, Wills & Estates, Employment Law, Conveyancing, Property, and more. We serve clients across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia, including Kangaroo Island and the Fleurieu Peninsula.

THE ROLE

/n

We are seeking a junior solicitor to join our Myrtle Bank office on a full‐time basis.

/n

Your responsibilities will include:

/n

/n

- Working closely with supervising solicitors to manage client files across a range of practice areas, focusing initially on family law and property law

/n

- Drafting and amending legal documents, correspondence, and advice

/n

- Interviewing clients and preparing clear, practical advice

/n

- Attending hearings and participating in mediations

/n





- Contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving the best outcomes for clients

/n/n

Responsibilities will be shaped to suit your level of experience and will grow as you do.

/n

Please note: this role is primarily based in Myrtle Bank. As you progress, your role will involve occasional travel to Kangaroo Island to service our regional client base.
