What your day could look like

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play an important role in delivering safe, compassionate care that supports the health and wellbeing of patients across the Warwick community. From coordinating care plans to working closely with colleagues and families, you'll help create positive experiences and better health outcomes while contributing to a strong and supportive team culture.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

- Delivering evidence-based nursing care that supports positive patient outcomes and promotes wellbeing.
- Partnering with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, person-centred care.
- Using clinical judgement and critical thinking to respond to changing needs and ensure safe, high-quality care.
- Supporting continuous improvement, mentoring colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse and commitment to safe, evidence-based practice.
- Strong clinical assessment, care planning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.




- Commitment to professional development, quality improvement and patient-centred care.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate study relevant to your clinical practice and/or experience working in regional, rural or diverse healthcare environments.
