About the Role

As Venue Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring high standards across people, service, compliance, and financial performance.

You will lead and develop the team, manage rosters and labour costs, monitor stock and budgets, maintain licensing and safety requirements, and remain highly visible across the operation. You'll also have the opportunity to identify new revenue opportunities and strengthen the venue's connection with the local community.

This is a hands-on position for a manager who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to genuinely influence a business.

Your Skills and Experience

- Proven experience as a Venue Manager, Pub Manager, Hotel Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar hospitality leadership role.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, motivate, and retain a high-performing team.
- Commercially focused with an understanding of budgets, wage control, stock management, and profitability.
- Robust knowledge of RSA, liquor licensing, workplace health and safety, and hospitality compliance.
- Confident, organised,



and hands-on with a genuine passion for customer service and hospitality.
