What your day could look like

As Manager Talent Acquisition, you'll help build the workforce that supports patients, communities and teams across Darling Downs Health. You'll partner with leaders to attract great talent, strengthen workforce capability and continuously improve recruitment services. Every day, you'll:

- Lead talent acquisition strategies that attract quality candidates.
- Provide expert recruitment advice and workforce solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment services and processes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.

Let's Talk About You

You're a people-focused leader who combines strategic thinking with strong relationship-building skills. You influence with integrity, enjoy solving complex challenges and are passionate about connecting excellent people with meaningful careers. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

- Leadership experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or workforce services.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.




- The ability to analyse information, make sound decisions and improve services.
- A current C class driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.

A qualification in Human Resources or a related field, and/or professional HR membership, will be highly regarded. Most importantly, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage, helping strengthen healthcare for our communities.
