A well established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team during a pivotal period of change and growth.
Based at a unionised manufacturing site in Melbourne's northern suburbs, you'll play a key role in supporting leaders through Enterprise Agreement negotiations, providing practical industrial relations advice, and helping maintain positive workforce relationships.
This is an prospect to step into a visible, hands-on role where you can make an immediate impact while partnering closely with operational leaders and employees across the site.

About You

- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial or blue-collar environment
- Exposure to Enterprise Agreement negotiations and union engagement
- Strong employee and industrial relations capability
- The ability to influence, coach and support leaders through complex people matters
- A commercial mindset balanced with a people-centred approach
