Oral Health Intake Officer

About the role
This role is responsible for the efficient operation of the Oral Health Intake Service for both Far West and Western NSW Local Health Districts, ensuring calls are answered in a timely, courteous manner with clear, concise communication and providing of timely and efficient administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the Intake Service. Working hours will be negotiable.
The Oral Health Service in Western NSW Local Health District has a supportive and friendly culture. The Contact Centre is a key component of the Oral Health Service and works closely with dental clinics and private dental providers to organise patient care.
