Batlow District Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its team on a contract basis starting 17 August 2026. This is a 6 to 12-week chance offering $45.00 to $60.00 per hour, based in Batlow, NSW. The role spans Emergency, Acute, and Aged Care settings, providing the chance to work across multiple clinical environments and bring your expertise to a busy regional hospital.

- Work across Emergency, Acute, and Aged Care departments in a regional hospital setting
- $45.00 to $60.00 per hour, contract position for 6-12 weeks
- In-charge and triage responsibilities, with scope to lead clinical teams

Preferred Requirements

- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated experience in Emergency Department settings,



including triage assessment
- Proven experience in Acute care environments with the ability to manage high-acuity patients
- Experience in Aged Care nursing practice
- In-charge experience and the confidence to lead nursing teams across shifts

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Post-graduate qualifications or experience in Emergency Nursing or Aged Care specialisation
