The Role: Production Forklift Operators – Afternoon Shift
A high-volume beverage manufacturing facility is seeking an experienced Production Forklift Operator to support their fast-paced production environment. This role involves continuous forklift operation throughout the shift, providing essential materials to production lines and moving finished goods to despatch.
You will play a critical role in ensuring production runs smoothly by transporting raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished palletised goods. This position involves consistent counterbalance forklift operation with no truck loading or unloading required.

Your main duties will involve:

- Operate a counterbalance forklift throughout the shift.
- Transport raw materials and packaging supplies VIA Forklift from storage to production lines.
- Move completed, palletised goods from production to the despatch area.
- Shrink wrap pallets as required.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are delivered to production in a timely manner.




- Rotate between operational support tasks as needed.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality systems.
- Complete all tasks in a safe, responsible manner.

The Candidates:
To be successful in obtaining this role you will have the following experience:

- Valid LF Forklift license
- 3+ years’ forklift experience operating counter balance forklifts in a food or beverage production environment.
- Experience working within FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and hygiene protocols.
- Ability to move pallets efficiently in a high-volume factory
- Strong safety mindset
- Proven experience delivering stock and packaging materials to production lines.
- Experience shrink wrapping pallets and monitoring stock levels.
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling tasks.
- High attention to detail and solid communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Own reliable transport (shift outside public transport hours). Ability to meet productivity and efficiency targets.
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet.
- Full Australian working rights required
