Job Title: Program Coordinator, Transformation & PMO

Job Summary

We're seeking a Program Coordinator, Transformation & PMO to support the coordination and delivery of strategic initiatives, and to contribute to the ongoing shaping and evolution of enterprise-wide PMO processes, documentation and reporting that support consistent and effective governance.

This role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day rhythm of programs and initiatives, working closely with Business Leads, Program Managers, Change Managers and senior stakeholders to keep work coordinated, visible and well governed.

Responsibilities

- Support PMO reporting, governance and delivery cadence
- Track milestones, risks, actions and dependencies
- Prepare materials for leadership and steering forums
- Support activities across transformation programs and projects
- Support continuous improvement of PMO tools and ways of working

About You

- Experience in project, program coordination or PMO environments
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
- Comfortable working with reporting, data and systems (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Curious about transformation, change or continuous improvement
