Responsibilities:
What will you be doing?
Leading the way with your creative flair and passion for food you will be working in our al la carte dinner restaurant as well as banquets and events. In this role you will be responsible for;
- Ensuring consistent delivery of quality, well presented dining experiences to our guests
- Working with the team to ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Supervising a team of highly passionate culinary enthusiasts and assist with training team members
- Reduce food wastage and manage and maintain a clean working environment
Qualifications:
What are we looking for?
- A minimum of 2 years demonstrated previous experience in a similar role
- A current, valid, and relevant trade commercial cookery qualification
- Knowledge of current food trends
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
