We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to bring our marketing strategy to life in the local market. This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys working closely with Sales and Business Development to generate demand, engage customers and build market presence.

About the role

You will translate BU marketing priorities and local Sales targets into a practical marketing plan and campaign calendar. You’ll take approved global and BU content and adapt it for local audiences, while developing campaigns and activities that generate leads and support customer engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing regional/country marketing plans and campaigns.
- Delivering account-based marketing, email campaigns, webinars, exhibitions, user groups and customer events.
- End to end event management
- Working closely with Sales and Business Development on target accounts and opportunity campaigns.
- Managing agencies, suppliers, media relationships and marketing budgets.
- Tracking leads, campaign performance and event outcomes, ensuring that they are systematically followed up.
- Providing market, customer, competitor, tender and regulatory insights back to the wider marketing team.
- Creating localised marketing assets and supporting local PR and social content.




- Maintaining and growing an active understanding of public transport, mobility and intelligent transportation developments across the ANZ region.

About you

Ideally, we are looking for you to have:

- 3-5 years’ experience of relevant marketing experience, ideally within transport, technology or B2B environments
- Solid experience with event management
- Strong hands-on experience in developing and delivering campaign, digital and account-based marketing initiatives
- A proven ability to work closely with Sales and Business Development.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing regional marketing plans
- The ability to adapt international content for local markets and audiences.
- A pragmatic, independent and highly organised approach.
- The confidence to provide constructive market and customer feedback.
