The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a family law paralegal to join our highly regarded Specialist Family Law team in Brisbane on a full-time basis.
Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
To be successful in this role you will require:-
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a paralegal in family law
- Well-developed word processing and computing skills
- Familiar with preparation of Family Court documents and filing on the Commcourts portal
- Experience with transcription of Dictation
- Experience preparing Briefs and Disclosure bundles
- The ability to communicate well with a variety of people
- The ability to perform at a consistently high level in a demanding environment
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a team environment, as a productive team member
- Superior personal organisational skills and time management ability
