Francesca's Pizza + Sandos is a Neapolitan and Sicilian pizza brand with stores at Brighton and Glenelg. We cater at Adelaide Oval and across the Adelaide festival season. In September we open our third site, a container kitchen at 13 Beach Road, Christies Beach.
The role
We're looking for experienced pizza and sando makers to join the opening team. You'll work across lunch and dinner service in a brand recent kitchen, making Neapolitan and Sicilian pizza and fresh focaccia sandos.
Skills matter here. So does turning up, caring about the food, and being someone the rest of the team wants on shift.
What we offer

- Approximately 25 to 35 hours per week, with full time available for the right person

What we're looking for
- Commercial kitchen experience
- Wood oven and hand stretching experience, or sandwich making at pace
- Availability across the week including weekends
- Right to work in Australia
