Your new role
You will take ownership of a manageable portfolio and be responsible for delivering high-quality owners' corporation management services, including
- Managing a portfolio of commercial and industrial owner's corporation.
- Maintaining solid relationships with committees, owners, and key stakeholders
- Preparing for and facilitating AGMs and committee meetings
- Overseeing budgets, financial reporting, and levy management
- Coordinating maintenance works and contractor engagement
- Providing legislative advice and ensuring compliance with VIC regulations
- Managing day-to-day queries and resolving issues efficiently
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as an Owners Corporation / Strata Manager in Victoria
- Solid understanding of the Owners Corporations Act and relevant regulations
- Experience working in the commercial industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive and solutions-focused attitude
